  • Orders with personalized items will take 1-3 business days more to process.

2. SHIPPING METHODS, SHIPPING TIME, AND SHIPPING FEE

Based on the actual weight of your order, the shipping fee will be automatically calculated and shown to you. Available shipping methods for your order, with the specific shipping time and rates, will be displayed at checkout.

  • Some special items, such as liquid goods, can only be shipped using the Eco-shipping method, increasing this method’s cost of worldwide delivery.

An estimated delivery time for your order will show on the order confirmation. 

  • Final delivery is often handled by the local postal. Actual shipping time may vary depending on its service.
  • During peak seasons or adverse weather conditions, shipping may take an additional 5-7 business days due to carrier delays

3. DELIVERY TERMS

We work with many carriers to ship the order, which depends on the shipment address. 

Items are shipped from Canada and will be subject to the applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees of the destination country. However, Canadian taxes (such as VAT) will not be applied. All taxes, duties, and customs fees for the recipient’s country are the responsibility of the recipient. Please refer to your country’s customs policies for further details.

4. CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been in production.

5. CANCELLATION

If you cancel your order within 06 hours of placing it, you will be held responsible for the payment fee (if incurred), which is non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
